Acne Cures

Acne is very common. Acne can appear as whiteheads, blackheads, small pink bumps, or pimples. Severe forms can result in firm, painful lumps and may leave scarring. Acne usually occurs on the face but can also develop on the shoulders, back, chest, legs and bottom.

Tea Tree Oil and essential oil can be used as it has antibacterial qualities it is believed to kill Propionbacterum acnes which is the type of skin bacteria. You can get it in variety of products or you can mix your own. It is recommended that young boys do not use this as it has known adverse effects.

Stimulates the immune system and has proven effective. However too much zinc can be bad for you so seek medical advice.

Try to eat a healthy diet including plenty of fruit and vegetables and try to reduce your intake of fatty and sugary foods.
